Effective as of April 29, 2026
You can permanently delete your Nexdor account at any time. This page explains the two ways to request deletion, what data is removed, and what (if anything) we retain for legal and safety reasons.
If you still have the app installed, in-app deletion is the fastest path:
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, send a deletion request to our support team. Include the phone number associated with your account so we can verify the request.
We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 working days.
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:
For security, fraud prevention, legal, and regulatory reasons, we may retain a limited amount of data after your account is deleted. This data is retained only for the purposes listed below and is not used to identify you publicly:
| Category | Why we keep it | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymized analytics | App performance and crash diagnostics that have been disassociated from your identity | Indefinitely, in aggregated form only |
| Moderation and safety records | Reports filed against you or by you, where keeping them is necessary to enforce our Community Guidelines and protect other users | Up to 24 months |
| Records required by law | Information we are legally required to retain (for example, tax, audit, or law-enforcement requests) | As required by applicable law |
For 30 days after you confirm deletion, your account is soft-deleted and can be recovered if you contact us at support@nexdor.in. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and your data cannot be restored.
Nexdor is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please email support@nexdor.in and we will delete the account.
If you have any questions about deleting your account or about how we handle your data, please contact us at support@nexdor.in. You can also review our Privacy Policy.
