These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexdor mobile application (the "Application") operated by Nexdor ("Nexdor", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may need to create an account or verify your phone number to use some features of the Application. You are responsible for:

Nexdor is a neighborhood and community platform that allows users to create profiles, connect with others, exchange messages, post content, join challenges, and share service-related information.
Because the Application includes user-generated content, you understand that content posted by users reflects their views and responsibility, not ours.
You agree not to use the Application to:

The Application may also provide tools to report content and block users. Users are expected to use those tools responsibly.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share. However, by posting or submitting content through the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, moderating, promoting, and providing the Application.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for the consequences of sharing it.
Users may post service listings, recommendations, reviews, or interact with one another offline. Nexdor does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, safety, or reliability of any listing, service, review, recommendation, or user interaction.
You are solely responsible for using judgment and caution in any communication, transaction, meetup, challenge, or real-world interaction that arises through the Application.
The Arc Score is an internal reputation-style metric based on activity and participation within the Application. It may change over time and has no cash value, property value, or transferable rights.
We may modify or discontinue Arc Score, challenge mechanics, or related features at any time.
The Application, excluding user-generated content owned by users, including its design, branding, functionality, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Nexdor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or where otherwise permitted by law.
You may stop using the Application at any time. Account deletion options may be available within the Application.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexdor and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Application after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
